Meridian Homes USA, Inc. Reflects on 2007 Highlights

Loganville, GA January 3, 2008 – As 2007 ends and 2008 begins Meridian looks back at the highlights of 2007. In a year that that the mortgage industry and home building industry experienced difficulties, many positive events outweighed the challenges. During 2007 Meridian Homes donated land to Habitat for Humanity, helped rebuild homes for victims of a fire, gave away a free house, was named to the Giant 400 list, donated money to the Loganville Fire Department and other charitable organizations, ranked 3rd in Atlanta in Home Quality and 5th in Overall Satisfaction, received an AVID Award for Customer Satisfaction, gave away a free car, opened a new office and was named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 25 Builder list for the 11th year. Overall it was a busy year. 2008 is sure to bring new triumphs and challenges. The most important message for 2008 is – it is a great time to buy a new home.
