Loganville, GA January 2, 2008 – Meridian Homes recently donated 17 Acres of land along Highway 81, near Walnut Grove to Walton County to be used for a future park. In an effort to continue to be a good corporate citizen, Meridian Homes donated the land in hopes of helping the county to grow the park system. This land along with land that will be purchased in the future will allow for the county to build more ball fields and walking trails for use by local youth. Meridian Homes is currently building in Walton, Gwinnett, Barrow, Jackson, Newton, Rockdale and Henry Counties as well as Greenville, South Carolina. More information is available at www.meridian.com.
