Meridian Homes launched the Spring Home Savings event in late March. The incentives last through June 20^th. Buyers can choose free upgrades, lower interest rates or gift certificates. Traffic and buyer interest has been strong and combined with the low interest rates available it is a great time to buy a home. Many people that were waiting to build a new home have been sitting on the sidelines, but with the available incentive and lower interest rates that is quickly changing. Ready to move in homes as well as ready to build on lots are currently available in most of the Meridian Homes communities.
