Your homeowner orientation will be conducted approximately 5 business days prior to your closing date. This orientation process is to ensure that your home is complete. At your homeowner orientation a Meridian Homes Representative will walk you through each room of your new home. This orientation process will cover everything from operating your appliances to caring for your blinds. At this time you will also be allowed to address any concerns as well as ask any questions you may have.
