1. How many homes have they built?
2. How many years of experience do they have?
3. Do they build according to a set of building performance standards?
4. Do they maintain appropriate insurance including builders risk, general liability and insurances such as, workers' compensation?
5. Do they provide references from homeowners, trade contractors, material suppliers and a financial institution?
6. Do they use specific subcontractors on a regular basis?
7. Do they offer an approved limited Warranty on their homes?
8. Will I be allowed a Final Walk-thru where items can be addressed if needed?
9. Do they attend regular continuing education classes to keep up with the latest building requirements?
10. What contribution will be made to closing costs and are there any special stipulations to qualify for contribution?
