Shut off & drain all exterior hose-bibs.

Inspect and change HVAC filters and adjust vents/dampers..

Test smoke detectors and replace batteries.

Check and seal all exterior penetrations.

Check and replace any damaged weatherstripping & adjust exterior door thresholds.

Check all exterior light fixtures for proper operation and light bulbs.

Roof inspection - check all roof vents for proper seal.

Clean leaves out of gutters and check for clogs/leaks.

Inspect all exhaust vents for proper operation, remove any lint from dryer vent.

Drain water heater to remove sedement from tank.

Test GFI and Arc Fault breakers for proper operation.
