The first step toward owning a Meridian Home is to meet with an on-site sales representative who will help you select a homesite and floorplan that meets your needs. Throughout the contract process you will: Understand the home's price and homesite differentials. Know Meridian Homes' construction standards. Please note that not all features in the model home are standard. Make your design selections and review any additional pricing. Review the covenants and restrictions of the Homeowners' Association. Receive your copy of the Homeowner Procedures & Warranty Manual. Prepare and review your sales contract. Have the opportunity to put down your earnest money deposit. Receive a list of Approved Meridian Homes Lenders. |
