After your Meridian site and plan selection has been made, your Meridian sales representative will guide you through your design selections. We ask that your selections be finalized at the time of contract. Changes later in the construction process (when possible) will be expensive and may cause delays. The stage of the home will predict exactly which selections can be made.
Please refer to the "Cutoff Points for Changes" in Section 4 of the Homeowner Procedures & Warranty Manual. No changes will be made after these deadlines.
