One of the ways that we insure your home-buying process will be simple and uncomplicated is through our straightforward "It's Included" policy. Many builders present potential homebuyers with a price for a home, and then surprise them with thousands of dollars for "extras" like appliances, hardwood flooring, tile, blinds - even small items like the garage door opener. Meridian believes these items, as well as many others, should be included in the home, and we proudly offer them with every house we build. By doing so, we are able to negotiate better prices with our suppliers on these "included" items, savings that we then pass on to our homebuyers as part of our belief in offering the most home for the money.
